Also wird es wirklich zu ner Klage kommen
Seit grad eben ist es also durch: die Vorratsdatenspeicherung wird kommen. Das bedeutet also, dass ich und viele andere Menschen dieses Staates tatsächlich Kläger vor dem Bundesverfassungsgericht sein werden.Schade eigentlich, dass Gesetze in diesem Staat offensichtlich nur noch nach dem Prinzip "Versuch und Fehler" geschaffen werden. Man verabschiedet ein Gesetz wieder besseren Wissens und in Ignoranz aller Warnungen um letztlich das Bundesverfassungsgericht entscheiden zu lassen, ob das denn so in Ordnung war. Keine sehr kluge Herangehensweise, wenn man versuchen soll, ein Volk rechtsstaatlich zu lenken.
