In der Nacht zum 1. April ging in der deutschen und der japanischen Wikipedia der Schreibwettbewerb zu Ende. Das Resultat kann sich dabei absolut sehen lassen. Fast 60 hochkarätige Beiträge entstanden in einem Monat.Wie beim ersten Schreibwettbewerb im Oktober 2004 gibt es auch diesmal einen eigenen WikiReader für die nominierten Beiträge. Mit unglaublichen zwei Wochen Verspätung trudelt die Ausgabe 2005-06 doch noch ein.Die Verzögerungen lagen allesamt an Scribus und meiner Unlust Bugs zu bereinigen (was mich aber nicht daran hinderte mehrere davon zu tilgen).
Der Umfang beträgt übrigens nur 54 Seiten dieses Mal :-(

Nicht nur die Wikipedia bietet Potential für WikiReader, auch die WikiBooks und andere Wikis sind durchaus dazu nutzbar. Mit dem WikiReader "Knotenkunde - Knotenfibel für Outdoor-Aktivitäten" erschien heute entsprechend der erste Reader aus den Wikibooks.
